What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy and coaching serve different purposes while both providing support. Therapy is clinical in nature, focusing on processing past experiences, mental wounds, trauma, and mental health conditions. Coaching is non-clinical and growth-oriented, offering emotional support, mindset guidance, and identity rebuilding. Both services can be valuable at different points in your life, acting as different tools for various seasons you experience.Do you offer Therapy?
Currently, I only provide coaching services, not therapy. Coaching is a non-clinical approach focused on the present and future that meets you where you are and accompanies you on your journey of becoming. This includes emotional support and mindset guidance to help you take aligned action in your life. It's important to note that coaching doesn't diagnose or treat mental health issues and isn't a substitute for therapy. The primary aim of coaching is to help you reconnect with yourself and build confidence to move forward. If you're seeking treatment for mental health concerns, working with a licensed mental health professional for therapy may better suit your needs. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching may be an appropriate option if you feel emotionally stable but are experiencing feelings of being stuck, restless, or as if you've outgrown your current self and need direction. In these situations, coaching can provide the guidance and support you need to move forward. What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need clarity before starting; coaching often helps you find clarity. Many clients begin feeling unsure or scattered and gain direction through reflection, conversation, and guided exploration.Do I need to have a specific goal before starting coaching?
No. While some clients come with clear goals, others start with a general feeling of restlessness or knowing something needs to change. Coaching meets you where you are and helps you uncover what matters most before turning it into intentional action. What kind of results can I expect from coaching?
Results vary from person to person, but many clients experience increased clarity, confidence, self-trust, and a stronger connection to themselves. Coaching supports sustainable growth by helping you shift your mindset, rebuild identity, and create habits that align with who you’re becoming. Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Coaching sessions are confidential and designed to be a safe, supportive space for open and honest conversation. While coaching is not therapy, your privacy and trust are respected at all times. I will never share client information without clear consent. What challenges can coaching help me with?
Some common things we work on include: • Feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities • Feeling stuck or unsure about what’s next in life • Not feeling like yourself anymore • Burnout, low energy, or constant mental load • Difficulty setting boundaries or saying no • Life transitions (career, motherhood, relationships, identity shifts) • Wanting more for your life but not knowing where to start • Communication or conflict resolution in relationships • Rebuilding confidence and self-trust • Creating a life that feels more aligned and less exhausting Working with me isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you slow down, get clear, and start making changes that bring you back into alignment with yourself and the life you actually want to live.Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Virtual sessions make it easy for moms to get support without arranging childcare or commuting. You can join from anywhere that feels comfortable. How do I get started?
The best place to start is by scheduling a Wholeness Check-In Call. This is a free, no-pressure conversation where we talk about where you are right now, what’s been feeling heavy or off, and what kind of support would be most helpful for you in this season of your life. By the end of the call, you’ll have more clarity about what you need and what your next step should be whether that’s coaching, a program, a VIP Day, or simply a few small changes you can start on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You just have to start the conversation.
